***Update: The contract is signed and we have an apartment to move into! Yeah, now we pray that the inspection goes great and we will be on our way!
Okay, I am still waiting for the contract. Please pray that the buyers are not getting cold feet. This was a very good deal and although I am hesitant to move out of our house we do want this house to sell. Prayers are welcome!
Thanks,
H
